The
two part practical motorcycle test has been in operation since 2009.
You will need to pass the first part
(Mod 1) of
the test before moving
onto
the second part (Mod 2).
To pass the
Mod 1 test you will need to demonstrate
your ability to sucessfully
undertake certain manoevres on an off road site at one of the DSA test
centres - we normally use the one at Farnborough.
Below is a diagram of the test area and the elements involved.

The Mod 2 test consists of road ride which will last between 35 and 45 minutes.
You will be followed by an independent examiner and be required to show your ability to ride safely and progressively under a variety of road conditions e.g. town centres, dual carriageways.

We will fully prepare you so you will be able to take both parts of the test with maximum confidence.
If you have any questions in the mean time please get in
